We are based in San Diego (Carlsbad to be specific). If you feel that our services would be useful to you and you are outside of San Diego, there is a space on the form below where you can let us know this.

Note that we will only purchase from the person who is listed as the payee on the registered warrant (or an officer of the company if the payee is a business) and we will both need to sign a notarized Bill of Sale for this transaction to be considered valid by the California State Treasurer. When we meet, you will need to bring a valid ID and sign in front of a notary. As per the State Treasurer's Office, "The State Treasurer's Office will not redeem such registered warrants without a notarized Bill of Sale signed by the payee whose name appears on the registered warrant."
